Optometrist

Brian D Suttie is an independent optometrist practitioner based in Chesham, Bucks.

This creative piece was commissioned to be placed in the customer reception area in their prestigious offices.

Following the initial presentation, I outlined a concept with a proposed colour scheme and was given creative freedom to interpret and reference their existing eye logotype. Each piece for the project is either hand-made or cut to a particular size and shape before being individually glazed and fired in a ceramic kiln. The final piece represents 30 hours of work, alongside 8 separate kiln firings.
