Spitfire & Hurricane Memorial Museum

Overview

The working brief here to form part of the new museum extension was to design and create an exterior wall piece; approximately a metre across. Oblong tiles were the preferred base product of choice, the creative challenge here was how to use them effectively to reference the iconic and distinctive colours of the RAF symbol of concentric discs of yellow, blue, white and red.
