Fireplace Project Buckinghamshire
Part of the historically important Lee Manor was built in the closing years of the nineteenth century into the very early 1900s by the Liberty of London founder Arthur Lasenby Liberty. The building which has been subsequently sub-divided still maintains many important and significant arts and crafts features. The working brief was to design, make and install a complete fireplace in sympathetic spirit and keeping to harmonise with the original artisan nature of the building.
The fireplace surround is 1 metre wide 1.2 metres tall.
